How do I get started with Aemira AI?

Getting started is easy! Sign up for a free 14-day trial at app.aemiraai.com. No credit card required. Once you're in, you can create your first bot (Amy for customers or Auri for your team), upload knowledge sources, and start testing conversations right away.

What's the difference between Amy and Auri?

Amy is designed for customer-facing interactions - warm, patient, and focused on helping your customers find answers and resolve issues.

Auri is built for internal teams - efficient, proactive, and great at surfacing SOPs, policies, and next steps for your employees.

Both use the same intelligent core but adapt their tone and approach based on who they're talking to.

How do I add knowledge sources?

You can add knowledge in three ways:

  1. Google Drive: Connect a folder and we'll sync your docs automatically
  2. File Upload: Upload PDFs, DOCX, TXT, or CSV files directly
  3. Website URLs: Add any public website or documentation page

Go to Knowledge Sources in your dashboard to get started.

How are conversations counted in my plan?

A "conversation" is a complete interaction between a user and your bot, which may include multiple back-and-forth messages. If a user asks 3 questions in a row, that's still one conversation.

Your plan limits reset on the 1st of each month.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use enterprise-grade security including:

  • End-to-end encryption (TLS 1.3)
  • Data encrypted at rest (AES-256)
  • SOC 2 compliant infrastructure
  • GDPR & CCPA compliant

What if I exceed my conversation limit?

You'll receive a notification at 80% and 90% usage. If you hit your limit, you can:

  1. Upgrade to a higher plan
  2. Purchase a one-time overage pack
  3. Wait until next month when your limit resets

Your bots won't stop working - we just pause new conversations until you upgrade or reset.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! You can cancel your subscription anytime from your billing settings. No questions asked. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you can export your data anytime.
