Do I need both Amy and Auri?
No — they're completely separate products. Amy is for your website visitors, Auri is for your internal team. Buy one, both, or neither depending on your needs.
What is Aemira Connect?
Connect is the integration layer that lets Aemira talk to your other business tools. It's standalone — you don't need Amy or Auri to use Connect, though they work great together.
Can I use Amy for my internal team?
No — Amy is licensed for external, customer-facing use only. For internal team use, that's what Auri is for. Using Amy for internal purposes violates our Terms of Service.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — all plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You get full access to the features in your chosen plan.
What counts as a conversation?
A conversation is one complete chat session between a visitor and your bot, regardless of the number of messages exchanged. Sessions that end and restart after 30 minutes of inactivity count as separate conversations.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — all subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Your access continues until the end of your billing period. We don't offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.
Do you support Squarespace, Wix, or Shopify?
Yes — Aemira works on any website platform that allows you to add custom code. For Shopify, we have a dedicated integration script. For Squarespace and Wix, you can add the embed code through their custom code injection settings.
